We have our beef provided by a conglomerate of Texas cattle farmers. Our burgers are made with high quality ground beef (73/27 lean to fat ratio) no fillers. The philly beef is made with premium, hand-sliced chuck steak.

YES! We also offer more than what is on the standard menu. Chef Kelly McDonald has vast culinary knowledge, and is willing to compromise and create specialty menus with clients for any occasion. We are currently permitted to operate freely in Montgomery county, but we are capable of acquiring temporary permits for special events and occasions, provided that we have an appropriate amount of time to process any requests.

YES! We understand that everyone has different dietary situations and because of that we try to stay prepared for the inevitable. In addition to what we serve on the menu, we regularly carry Gluten-free hamburger buns and since we prepare our entrees from scratch we can omit or add any ingredients as long as we are carrying the things you desire, this is on a first come first serve basis, as these food trends fluctuate the demand is ever-changing so we occasionally run out of certain items you may require for your diet. Don’t hesitate to ask!
